Lecture Payment Schedule:

Lecture registration fees are to be paid in full at time of registration. Cancellations must be received in writing or e-mail. Cancellations made 30 days prior course will receive a full refund; two weeks prior will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation with in 2 weeks will receive 50% credit for future courses. No-shows are not eligible for any refund.

Course Retakes

Participants are allowed to retake any lecture or workshop a second time at 50% discounted rate. Please call for details and to register.

Special Rates (please call):

Current Dental Students (with student ID) or Recent Graduates Rates (graduation after June, 2007 with copy of diploma) can attend any 7-hour lecture at rate of $50

Refer a new participant and upon new participant registration, you will receive $100 off a lecture or product.
